The result is a unique dining experience, ranging from regularly rotating specials to house favourites such as Papadam Tacos, Paneer Skewers, XO Fried Rice, and Tiger Prawn Lo Mein. Fermented rice appam with cardamom infused banana compote and maple mascarpone creme topped with jaggery shavings

PAAN’S take on Sri Lankan dessert Wattalappam, jaggery based pudding with white chocolate sauce, ghee roasted cashew nut, toasted coconut flakes & gooseberry
